Mailchimp’s in-house agency, WINK, brought us in on day one and embedded us throughout the marketing organization to effectively impact how the internal wiring and operations worked. We offered solutions for smoother creative processes, tested them out, tweaked and then implemented them. All to support making bigger, better content internally and achieve the internal agency’s goal of being named In-House Agency of the Year by Ad Age. Mission accomplished.
As part of the 2-year journey, we made 2 Global campaigns, worked with Eric Wareheim, did a spot with the NFL and Buffalo Bills mega-fans, built thousands of assets that lived across TV, Social, Print, OOH, Radio and OLV. And closely assisted the agency team to navigate a merger with Intuit by leading scenario planning and providing a clear understanding to new stakeholders of the steps needed to deliver best in class creative campaigns on time and on budget. All of it was an epic experience.
