The Coca-Cola coolers on Google’s campus were due for a refresh. But they weren’t just regular coolers; these coolers were built with cutting edge screen technology. Also, the messaging needed to highlight different functional benefits of the beverages inside and do it without any branding. This complex ask, with lots of caveats, mandatories and considerations, birthed Harry: Coca-Cola’s most charismatic employee.
